This privacy policy explains how The Systemizer Inc. ("The Systemizer", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you fill out one of our forms, message us on Instagram, visit thesystemizer.co, or otherwise get in touch with us.
The Systemizer Inc. is a company based in Canada, represented by Abdulaa Ali. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data. This may include:
- Contact details: your name, email address and Instagram handle.
- Business details: your answers to our questions, such as what you sell, your approximate monthly revenue, and the tools you use.
- Messages: anything you send us by Instagram direct message or email.
- Ad and usage data: when you respond to one of our ads on Instagram or Facebook, Meta Platforms shares your form answers with us and tells us which ad you responded to.
2. How we use your information
- To review your setup and contact you about the audit you requested.
- To reply to your messages and, if it's a good fit, to schedule a call.
- To send you follow-up information you asked for. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand which of our ads and content are useful, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with anyone so they can market to you.
3. Services we use
To run our business, we use trusted third-party tools that may process your information on our behalf, including:
- Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook), for ads, lead forms and direct messages.
- ManyChat, for Instagram message automation.
- Zapier and Google Workspace, to receive and organize lead information.
- Email service providers, to send emails you've asked for.
Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries. We only use providers that protect personal information in a way comparable to this policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. If we don't end up working together, we delete or anonymize your details within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
5. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and secure, password-protected accounts, to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorized access. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that's wrong,
- delete your information, or
- stop contacting you.
To do any of these, email us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
7. Children
Our services are meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
